Oxford Seminars' 60-hour course format is more practical than the competitors' courses. Training is done entirely in-class, giving you the opportunity to apply the new skills that you learn.
The classes are scheduled on weekends in order to accommodate school and work schedules. This also provides adequate time between classes to absorb the information.
Oxford Seminars then gives you the option to upgrade your certification through the four Specialization Modules, which are done independently outside of class.
Oxford Seminars' course is competitively priced at $1,095. The course price includes all course materials, ESL Teaching Resources, full access to the English Language Schools Directory, and six months of free Teacher Placement Service. Opportunity is also given for additional savings with many available discounts.
For the convenience of Oxford Seminars' students, courses are held in locations throughout the US and Canada. Classes primarily take place on central and accessible college and university campuses, in classrooms that are fully equipped for learning. Oxford Seminars' competitors do not have such an extensive list of course locations and do not always hold their courses on campuses.
Oxford Seminars' free Teacher Placement Service is available anytime after course completion to assist graduates with their job search; with other companies, the majority of students will have to find positions on their own.
